Living fit and living well in this hectic world is a challenge for women everywhere. We juggle career and family, rarely taking time to care for ourselves. Yet if we don't care for ourselves, how will we care for the ones we love?
I have benchmarked my career as an Instructor and Entertainer by supporting women to have a more postitive self image and body awareness. And at the same time I struggled with my own professional image. I used to eat next to nothing in order to maintain my size, and it was a difficult lifestyle to achieve the energy level needed for the work that I do. I have lost 30 pounds in 5 months, and I'd be happy to share my journey so you can achieve health and wellness, too.
